  I walked into the building on Coliseum drive and see all electronic equipment meant for streamlining the flow of people there is down and then see a little sign telling me to sign in for your turn. You don't know when or if your name is called. The numbering on the cubes do not match the cubes themselves. So much can be improved. I can help.
