  I scheduled tomorrow's appointment several days ago and have been getting texts and e-mail reminders, now I get the "confirm or cancel"
  email with only a "cancel" option.
  
  So for the next 24 hours I have to wonder if when I get there tomorrow they will say I didn't confirm, this should be a tool to reduce stress, not add stress!
  I have been trying to call the office but that is not going to happen obviously.

  There is no way to confirm n appointment, just a link to cancel. It's difficult enough to get anything done through the OMV. Make this part a little easier and less confusing.

  There should be a way to go back to the site, type in your name, and be reminded of the date and time for your appointment. I'm sure we missed our appointment due to there being no way to check it (or if there is a way, I couldn't find it).

  When sending an email to confirm or cancel you should have a link to confirm, the only link available is to cancel.
  Appointments for Real ID should have a list of documents needed to bring with you.

  I want to be able to cancel an upcoming appointment. This would allow others to schedule appointments without any delay. At this time, I cannot withdraw my appointment for 6/6/2025 at 10:30 a.m.

  If a cancellation occurs then the appointment should be made available for another customer to schedule in that slot that has become open. We know not everyone keeps their appointments.
