Reschedule Road Test Appointments for Bad Weather

We booked a road skill test and it had rained earlier and the sun was shining and roads weren’t even wet. There was one puddle on the street on the shoulder of a driveway. Literally. And they would not do the test. Wasted our time. It was our second time there that day b/c originally we booked the wrong appt, which was my fault, but then to wait again and be told they would not drive due to the weather was extremely disappointing. No one would have been at risk. But at least if I had known prior that they would not drive if it rained earlier, I would not have gone waste our time.
