Upload Required Documents to Appointment

Allow people to attach any relevant digital documents for their appointment to the appointment email thread. It would be easy to pull up the information in an organized manner from the appointment details. Also, the non-essential information that the agent doesn't use can be deleted with the rest of the email at the end of the day to save space.
