Include Map Link and Directions

I went to re-opened 197 WESTBANK Expressway location. Directions took me to Oakwood mall. No signage as to where the location was. No one answered the phone when I called. I missed my appointment because I could not find the location. Folks in the area kept telling me it was closed.
Now I am at another location in Westwego and have to be “worked in” I’ve already been here an hour. I’m losing time for work. Awful experience.
