Allow for Updating Scheduled Appointment Time

I would like to have the option to change my appointment time, if necessary, without having to cancel it and then reschedule.

I had to cancel my appointment to transfer my license to a Louisiana drivers license because I didn't get the day off I requested. I would've rescheduled for March 18th & 19th because I'm off those days

Went into office and the are refusing to see you when that have walk In Before 3 pm also online will not allow you to update apt ore cancel your appointment I went to two different locations also it hard to get appointment online .
